We are looking for a Fraud & Risk Administrator to join our busy Global Brand Protection Team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an e-commerce, payments of finance environment and good working knowledge of customer care. Your main responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to support our Fraud Analysts. This is a shift based role including weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rotational basis.


  • Reviewing and screening online customers orders to deliver a seamless fraud prevention experience
  • Identifying suspicious trends or activities internally and externally & highlighting these for review
  • Handling customer contact regarding order screening, payment operations support, delivery and returns disputes, payment disputes, and GDPR cases,
  • Liaising with 3rd parties and internal departments to investigate and resolve cases
  • Processing digital chargebacks, store double charges and supporting with payment related queries
  • Supporting the business in reducing risk and revenue loss across multiple areas
  • Working on ad hoc tasks as requested by management to support a positive customer experience and reduce risk


  • Experience in basic fraud screening & chargeback logging within either e-commerce, finance, payments environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills, and aptitude for delivering great customer care
  • Tech-savvy, understands and learns new systems quickly
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Excel and payment processing platforms ideally.
  • Used to working in a high volume, fast paced ever changing department
  • You need to be fully flexible to support a global business
  • The desire to progress in future into a Fraud & Risk analyst role

Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
