The Senior Studio Production Manager is an exciting role managing all content production at our busy East London Photo Studio. Reporting to the Lead Creative you will manage the workflow of a fast-paced studio delivering all Ecommerce assets for AllSaints.com, John Varvatos and our Global Wholesale and Digital Concession Partners. With the support of our talented and passionate studio team you will lead the end-to-end production process from establishing the brief to the final delivery of quality assets. This position requires a highly organized and efficient team leader with an eye for details and the ability to drive change while maintaining budgetary control and enhancing studio operations.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Supporting the Photographic Studio Manager in the day to day running of the photo studio for Allsaints and seasonal support for John Varvatos - spanning across model, still life and video sets.
  • Lead the studio team - establishing priorities and meeting the brands critical path
  • Responsible for Studio and Creative Budgets, establishing the most efficient workflow, driving daily shoot targets, tracking expenditure and negotiating fees to control costs.
  • Offer Studio resources for departmental collaboration with Design, Merch, Wholesale and the Creative teams
  • Support the Photographic Studio Manager and studio team in their work ensuring on brand/high level of production.
  • Oversee visual output and ensure all assets align with brand vision and seasonal updates, maintaining high production standards.
  • Source and engage freelance talent, leveraging industry knowledge to select the best candidates for studio and external on set roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party asset creators and licensees to ensure brand consistency.
  • Be a brand ambassador for external suppliers such as model agencies, talent agents, studios and production companies.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead to explore new solutions and innovative approaches to enhance content production.
  • Oversee the logging and tracking Studio Image uploads and shoot progress. Communicating across multiple departments.
  • Creating and maintaining image databases for Global access to Studio imagery.
  • Establish strong lines of communication and build relationships with key departments connected to product lifecycle supporting the Studio.
  • Supporting the Studio team in their career development.
  • Forecasting of the Studio and Creative yearly budget
  • Overseeing all tracking of samples and updating the business on go live dates.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to respond and be proactive, timely, cooperative and accommodating.
  • Experience managing fashion and still life production in a studio and on location where appropriate.
  • Knowledge and experience of booking and sourcing models and the supporting freelance talent.
  • Strong background and experience in Retouching/ post-production. Advanced experience using.
  • Photoshop to support ad-hoc projects and image delivery.
  • Computer literate - able to use Google Drive applications.
  • Experience in balancing creative needs with business strategy and financial responsibility. Managing multiple projects
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively across several stakeholders in a global organisation.
  • Technical understanding with the running of a studio equipment and maintenance.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and bring a strong focus on business results and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborative and positive in your approach with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • understanding of the studio production process from beginning to end.
