• What does a good day look like in your role?

  Completing the tasks that I set out to do, especially those with deadlines.
   

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Ensuring all data for UK retail and head office payroll is ready before strict deadlines whilst also managing our central people inbox and our new People system.
   

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  Managing and supporting the employee life cycle by processing new starters, leavers and updating any changes to employment.
   

• What's the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  I really find that everyone works as one team. There are also so many great opportunities to progress. 
   

• What's the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  The work culture! Everyone is always willing to help and we push each other to do better!

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  My journey has truly been amazing, I have learnt many new skills and I also had the privilege of being involved in launching our brand new People system. This had its challenges but was so rewarding in the end. It’s great to see people using and enjoying the platform now after all of the hard work we put into it.
