• What does a good day look like in your role?

  When I see my team and customers with smiles on their faces. It's the most rewarding part of my job, seeing people happy.

• What does a challenging day look like in your role?

  Every day is different and each day brings a different set of challenges. I have to plan my time effectively. I do not see any of my days as challenging, but part of my day-to-day is to ensure I carry out my role the best I can. I would have it no other way.

• What do you get up to in a typical day/week?

  A typical day for me starts with waking up at the crack of dawn and planning my day before I even get to work. I review our numbers and pick up emails. I find that having structure in my day allows me to meet my objective for the end of the day. I like to set myself goals that way I am working towards something daily. The best part of my day-to-day is having the interaction with my team and our customers. I have the privilege of interacting with some amazing talent, looking after and nurturing them along with our amazing customers. We all share a common theme which is our love for AllSaints.

• What’s the best thing about working for AllSaints?

  Without a shadow of a doubt, our people. We have the most talented, passionate group of people across the world who all share the same values. We are all so connected, from all over the world and all different functions. I love the diversity and unity.

• What’s the most surprising or unexpected thing about working for us?

  Definitely how conscious we are of our sustainability footprint. It's been great to see how this has evolved over the years and to hear our upcoming collections will have up to 90% sustainable attributes is awesome.

• Why AllSaints?

  Because we are the world's coolest brand! Look at our people and amazing product, what's not to love?! The culture within our brand is simply inspiring, at times it does not not feel like work. I feel very lucky to be a part of AllSaints.

• What’s not in the job description but something you’d tell a friend if they were looking to join the brand?

  Just how incredible our clothes are! From design to manufacturing, all of our pieces are unique. We stand out in a crowded market and that's a pretty hard thing to do. Be prepared to only wear AllSaints even when you're not working!

• Tell us about your journey with AllSaints so far.

  I've had the most amazing journey with AllSaints. Starting off as a store manager in our Bicester Village store, back in 2017, I was lucky enough to join our flagship outlet store. Since then I have learnt so much about our business and people, allowing me to take over as brand leader in 2019. From there, I progressed to a senior brand leader role, getting to support in the leadership of our outlet district. In 2024, I stepped into my current role of district manager. It's been an incredible journey so far and I am thankful for all that I have learnt. The investment in me, both professionally and personally, from AllSaints has moulded me into the person I am today. I will be forever grateful.
